Grant Program

We believe that giving grants to small and local animal welfare organizations is vital to our work and advancing the collective goals of the animal welfare community.  We support mission-aligned nonprofit organizations and programs worldwide that rescue and protect animals.

Asia Wild provides two types of grants: 1) Grants to partners (organizations that have received previous financial support and are pre-approved by the Board of Directors) and 2) Grants to non-partner organizations that apply for financial support during the grant application period and are selected based on their project application.

To apply for a grant, your organization must meet one or more of the following criteria: 

• Rescuing and Protecting Animals

• Animal Welfare, Rescue or Protection Outside of Asia 

• Anti-Poaching and Anti-Trafficking of Animals 

• Illegal Wildlife Trade of Animals

• Conservation (including the oceans) 

• Wildlife in Captivity

 

If you meet one or more of the above criteria and also meet the following: 

Must be an established program, sanctuary, or nonprofit organization with two years of proven track record and financial reporting; please fill out the Preliminary Grant Application Request form below. The staff will review your request, and you will be notified whether or not you are invited to submit a complete grant application.
